He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cunningham and Beulah Cunningham of Paint Rock, TN. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stamey Cunningham; his daughters, Tammy Patrick and Paula Mundy; and his grandchildren, Justin McCracken (Allie), Laura Webb (Jonathan), Zackary Mundy and Megan Mundy. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
