He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert David Duncan and Elizabeth Grimm Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ann Duncan; his daughters, Stacey Bernhardt (Ted) and Holly Duncan; his granddaughter Ashley Bernhardt; and his brothers, Bob Duncan (Patty) and Jim Duncan (Lynn). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and their children.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the South Forsyth Memorial Chapel (3545 Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024).
For the past 21 years, Richard courageously endured Parkinson's. Through it all, he remained grateful for the life God had given him.
