He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Cushen; his daughters, Denise Pepper (Timothy Pepper) and Dana Webb (Everett Webb); and his grandchildren, Robert, Allison Starling, Mitch, Kelsey Starling, Rett, Maddie Webb, Rachael, Ross Walters and Anslee Webb. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
