It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Cooke (Cumming, Georgia), who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Patricia Doty. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Cooke and Raquel Cooke of Gainesville, Georgia.; his grandparents, Calvin Doty, Don, Margo Cooke, Chala and Dale Salisbury; and his siblings, Iain Cooke of Gainesville, Georgia and Abby Cooke of Gainesville, Georgia.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family asks that everyone wear a mask or face covering to each event.
