She was predeceased by: her parents, William Slate and Ludie Slate. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Durand; her sister Sherry (Clay Springfield); her friend Nancy Willis; and her daughter Brooklyn Stamps (Ashley Durand).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
