Sandra McClane O'Bryan Obituary

Sandra McClane O'Bryan, born on September 24, 1942, passed away on August 31, 2026. Sandra leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilynn Wood McClane and Dr. Jesse Sebourne McClaine; her sister Kathy Eileen McClaine Tullos; her aunts and uncles, Ouida McClaine Britt, Anne Wood Brock, George McClaine and Buddy Wood; and her former husband Sidney O'Bryan.

She is survived by: her family, Wallaces, Clarks and Mackenzies; her daughters, Karen Manning and Beverly Cartwright; her grandchildren, Hunter Cartwright (Chatham Cartwright), Tanner Cartwright, Haleigh Manning and Kailynne Manning; and her brother Kenneth Wayne McClane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the VFW Post 9143 (1045 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Garden of Memories (9472 US-84, Winnfield, LA 71483).

While flowers are a beautiful tribute and she loved them, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of a donation to honor Sandra's legacy. Sandra was deeply passionate about supporting those who served, and contributions made to any veteran support organization of your choice would mean the world to her family.
