With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott R. LaJeune of Cumming, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard LaJeune and Vida Ruth LaJeune. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mixon; his sons, Ryan (Sonia LaJeune), Rick (Elizabeth LaJeune), Andy LaJeune (Veronica Timas), Brian (Audrey Mixon) and Cyndi (Jackson Hurst); and his grandchildren, John David, Helen, Kate, Landyn, Lane, Laurel and Juliana.

Scott's journey with Alzheimer's began in the fall of 2018, first noticed while on a trip to Israel with his First Redeemer Church Family.
