She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Lamar and Barbara Sue Lively. She is survived by: her children, William Bohannon (Rachel), Nathan Lynn Hudgins, Kathryn Ellean Little and Joshua Chance Trowell; her siblings, Melissa Lively, Teresa Zarate (Gustavo), Tammy Lively and Stephen Lively (Angela); and her grandchildren, Aubrey Lynn Bohannon, Abigail Leigh Bohannon and William Lamar Bohannon, II. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help off-set funeral expenses.
