We are sad to announce that, on July 26, 2023, at the age of 80, Thelma C. Harrop of Cumming, Georgia, born in Chalmette, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Valsin Brousse Jr. and Thelma H. Brousse of Chalmette, LA.; and her brother Valsin Brousse III. She is survived by: her husband James D. Harrop; her daughters, Sharon Williamson (Mike) and Diana O'Sullivan (Dan); and her siblings, Jimmy Brousse (Jean Anne) of New Orleans, LA., Carolyn Manning (Bob) of Dallas, TX., V. L. and Carloyn. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and 7 nephews.

Though we had lost touch for many years we recently reconnected when our Mom, Lorraine Ryan, passed away. Our sincere condolences to James, Sharon, Diana, Jimmy and Carolyn.
