He was predeceased by: his parents, Furman Tatum and Lee Clara Tatum; and his brothers, Junior, Michael "Tater" and Charles "Carlos" Tatum.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Tatum (Connie), Shanan Cook (Brandon) and Brandon Tatum; his grandchildren, Miranda Cameron (Tim), Rosanna Saxton, Taylor Bailey (Jeremiah), Jay Stevens, Samantha Stevens, Destiny Cook and Kameryn Cook; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Jake (Olivia), Thomas and Cooper Cameron; and his siblings, Sandra Bennett, Deborah Storey and Johnny Tatum. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to Zion Hill Baptist Church.
