Thomas Maxie Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 9, 2025, Thomas Maxie of Cumming, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Warren Maxie, Beulah Maxie and Beulah Maxie; his close friend Lil Bit (Brandon McGee); and his aunt Tasha Maxie.
He is survived by: his mother Christie Burks; his stepparents, Chris Gregory and Jerry Joe; his grandfathers, David Maxie and Lasseter Joe Burks; his siblings, Koby, Amber Maxie, Jerrica Burks and Cameron Gregory; and his nephews, Cole, Kamden and Madden Maxie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Special Olympics Forsyth County or the Brain Tumor Foundation in Thomas's honor.
