He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pelky and Carol Pelky. He is survived by: his wife Dayna Forbis; his daughter Abby of Cumming, GA; his siblings, Randy Pelky (Anna) of Sharpsburg, GA, Cheryl Kelley of Hapeville, GA and Kristi Mundt (Adam) of Newnan, GA; his brother-in-law Rusty Forbis of Atlanta, GA; his nephews, Joe Kelley (Heather), Steven Pelky, Carson and Davis Mundt; his niece Christina Pelky; and his great-niece Ellianna Kelley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Jesse's House in Cumming, GA, or The Place of Forsyth County Food Pantry.
