He was predeceased by: his parents, T. W. Tallant and Catherine Mardell Tallant (Elaine Tallant); and his daughter Melissa Elaine Shirley. He is survived by: his son Jeffery Tallant; and his sisters, Janice Tallant Tatum and Teresa Mae Tallant. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law and several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040).
