He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fields; his daughter Alicia; his son-in-law Carlos Ramirez; his son Lamar Fields; his grandchildren, Elijah Fields, Jasmine Delapaz, Daniel Delapaz, Tristan Fields, Joshua Fields and Asher Fields; his great grandchild Easton Fields; and his brothers, Doug Fields, Michael Fields, Kenny Fields, Stanley Fields and Troy Fields. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
