He is survived by: his wife Brenda Reid; his sons, John Gilder of Winder and Jeffrey Gilder (Genie) of Roswell; his siblings, Emery Reid of Lenoir, NC, David Reid of Parker, CO and Gail Reid of Lenoir, NC; his close friends, Tom and Sherry Wilburn of Suches; his granddaughter Megan Gilder; his great grandchild Caroline; his grandchild Haley Gilder; his great grandchildren, Theodore, Scottlin and Griffin Gilder; and his grandson LT Grayson Gilder.
