He was predeceased by: his parents, William Long and Mary Long; and his brother Raymond Long. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann Long; and his daughters, Eileen Bottinick, Susan Edwards, Maureen McKeown and Geraldine Thomas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
