He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Shirley and Letha Shirley. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Shirley (Sherry), Linda Vance (David), Helen Covington (Michael) and Sandra Shirley; his son Todd Shirley (Jennifer); and his granddaughter Lilly. He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses, his loving family includes many nieces and nephews.
