He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Ward and Mildred Ward; his daughter Julia Ann Ward; his sisters, Patricia Taylor and Susan Scott; and his wife Glenda Jo Ward Hester.
He is survived by: his son Richard Bryan Ward (Frankie); his grandchildren, Melissa B. Roberts (Dustin) of Clermont and Mason P. Ward (Terra) of Lula; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Roberts, Ryleigh Roberts and Beau Ward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
