She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shoemake and Emma Hubbard Shoemake; her husband William M. Raines, Sr.; her great grandchild Lucas Collins; and her brothers, Chelsey and Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Collins (Mitchell) and William Raines (Jennie) of Cumming; her grandchildren, Walter Raines (Stacey) of St. Helena, SC, Nicolas Collins (Loren), Christopher Collins, Patrick Collins (Hannah), Gabe, Jacob, Samuel, Kyra and Sydney Raines; and her siblings, Edna Graham, Martha Martin, Raymond Shoemake (Patricia) and Charles Shoemake.
