It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lyndon Dolberry of Cuthbert, Georgia, born in Scottsboro, Alabama, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Martha Ball Wiseman; and his grandparents, Laura and George Hardin Ball. He is survived by : his wife Carol; his sister Laura Clemons (Tony); his uncle George Harold Ball; his mother-in-law Annette Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Lesia Hinson (Joe) and David Hall (Jessica). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

“Dear Carol, although Charles' death was not unexpected it was nevertheless a sad thing to hear. You and Charles have been dear friends for years. He was a valued colleague in the Math Dept. at UAM--someone who I could always count on regardless of the situation. He was the only bridge partner in Monticello who was willing to learn and play the 2 over 1 System. He loved our annual March Madness basketball pool. God bless you, Carol, and may He welcome Charles' soul.”
