We announce the death of Devane Dania of Cuthbert, Georgia, who passed away on November 3, 2026, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ram'on Solis and Ofelia Rey Solis; her husband Marvin Harris DeVane, Sr.; and her son Marvin Harris DeVane, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Irene DeVane, Dania Maria DeVane, Roxanne DeVane and John Andrew DeVane; her daughter-in-law Jennifer DeVane of Cuthbert; her grandchildren, Jenna Settles (Joe), Loy DeVane (Cameron), Devan McCarter, Dana McCarter and Macie Milliron; and her great grandchildren, Chance Washington, Jerri Sue Washington, Chevy Washington, Anakin DeVane and LJ DeVane.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lunsford Funeral Home (54 Court St, Cuthbert, GA 39840). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Church (578 Trinity Church Rd, Cuthbert, GA 39840). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery (2967 US-82, Shellman, GA 39886).
