She is survived by: her children, Rita Phillips Peak of Cuthbert and Mickey Phillips of Cuthbert; her grandson Adam Peak of Cuthbert; her great grandchild Adam Blake Peak, Jr.; and her sister Hazel Downing (Larry) of Valdosta, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
