We bid farewell to David Wesley Hand of Dacula, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 6, 2025 at the age of 77. David Wesley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hand and Frances Hand; and his grandson Gabriel Rogers. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnette Hand Peek and Earnest "Bud" Hand; his wife Patricia Annette Ward; his daughters, Amanda Elane LeBlanc of Sautee, GA and Courtney Renee Hand of Dacula, GA.; and his grandchildren, Corey Rogers (Summer), Jonathan Hand, Wesley King, Avery Hurley, Wyatt Hurley, Lola Atwell, Preston Rogers and Brady Atwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel (3481 Hamilton Mill Rd, Buford, GA 30519). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, you may send donations to Ivy Creek Baptist Church, Buford, GA, or to the City of Hope Cancer Center, Newnan, GA.
