He is survived by: his wife Jami; his sister Barbara Hayes (Stephen); his stepdaughter Rebecca Stacy (Joel); his stepgranddaughter Evelyn Stacy; his nephew Stephen Hayes Jr. (Megan); his niece Jean Symonette (Phil); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Philip Symonette (Tiffany), Maggie Hayes, Taylor Symonette, Daniel Hayes, Tyler Symonette and Romney Symonette; Phillip Gene Symonette.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service (288 Hurricane Shoals Rd NE, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
