He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Huggins (Brooks) and Gordon Huggins; and his brother G. L. Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Janet Huggins (Collum); his children, Anne (PJ Dobbs), Ellen (Dave McKinney) and Wesley; and his daughter-in-law Denise Huggins. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
