She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Rallo and Katherine Rallo. She is survived by: her husband Pierce H. Skinner; her sons, Charles Skinner (Deana), Tony Skinner (Sandra) and Carl Skinner (Martha); her brother Nicholas Rallo; and her grandchildren, Josephine, Victoria, Dominick, Joseph, Jacquelyn, Tommy, Laura, Pamela and Danny.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Annandale Village, The Next Stop, or charity of the Donor's Choice.
