He is survived by: his children, Rich (Sandy Waterworth) of Monroe, GA, Cathy (Ray Henry) of Statham, GA and John (Jill Waterworth) of Bogart, GA; his grandchildren, Cody Waterworth (Thailer), Erin Waterworth, Dustin Henry (Kayla), Andrew Henry (Sydney Rae), Braxton Brewer, Amberleigh Brewer, Luke Waterworth, Thad Waterworth, Lynlee Waterworth and Jessie Waterworth; his great grandchildren, Riggs Waterworth, Naomi Waterworth, Asa Waterworth, Hudson Waterworth, Louise Waterworth, Cooper Henry, Michael Henry and Wyatt Henry; and his brothers, Billy Waterworth and Jack Waterworth (Cindy).
