He is survived by: his wife Sue Simmons of Dahlonega; his children, Lori Rodriguez (Freddy) of Columbia, SC and Wesley Simmons of Arlington, VA; his brother Robert Simmons of Dahlonega; and his grandchildren, David Sullens, Dustin Sullens, Brittany Sullens and Michael Sullens. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
