She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ochal (Bob) of Oak Forest, Illinois, Timothy Koch (Dorothy) of Knox, Indiana, Sara Koch of Dahlonega and Amy Mendoza (Rocky) of Dahlonega; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Lenny), Nicolette (Peter), Amanda (Hunter), Arica, Alyssa, Mario, Brandon, Camdyn, Mathieu, Melanie, Damien, Rocky Jr. and Lilly; and her siblings, Michael Fashingbauer, Judith Garrity and Cynthia Kilroy. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
