As we bid Barbara Ellen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Barbara Ellen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonce Vidal and Thelma Jenkins Vidal. She is survived by: her husband Charles Wilson; her children, Thomas Wilson, Jerry Wilson and Alisha Fisher; her sisters, Annie Aldred and Julie Stafford; and her grandchildren, Andrew Fisher, Zachary Wilson and Joanna Fisher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home (2068 US-19, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
