He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Shubert and Dorthea O'Kelly Sullens; and his brothers, Tommy and Jimmy Shubert. He is survived by: his wife Rhdonna Shubert of Dahlonega; his children, Stevie Dan Ballard (Jennifer) of Murrayville, Kyle Shubert (Julianne) of Dahlonega and Parker Shubert of Dahlonega; his brothers, Gene Shubert and Terry Shubert; and his grandchildren, Zoie Ballard, Jamo Ballard and Bella Shubert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
