He is survived by: his children, Carrie Stephens and Scottie Ray Wiggins; his sister Kimberly Flanagan; and his grandchildren, Alexis Mitchell, Kimsey Stephens, Hazel Stephens and Isreal Wiggins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
