With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Chaffin of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on June 19, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Andrew Chaffin; and his siblings, Sandra Ward and Lee Chaffin. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Waters Chaffin; his wife Judy Chaffin; his children, Tracy Ayers (John), David Elliot, Jay Kile (Anna), Jeannie Jinks (Rodney), Caroline Tuckerman (Doug), Bobby Powell, Joanna Martin (Brian), Denise Chaffin and Bridget Ingram (Daniel); and his siblings, Wanetta Poss, Elaine Chatham and Gene Chaffin. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.
