She was predeceased by: her parents, O. G. Seabolt and Allene Buffington; her brother Grady Seabolt; and her half-brothers, Kenneth Seabolt and J. S. Seabolt.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Anderson of Dahlonega; her daughter Anita Spangler (Mike) of Dover, DE; her sister Shirley Welch (Freddy) of Dahlonega; and her grandchildren, Anderson Spangler and Michaela Spangler of Dover, DE.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Zion #2 Cemetery Fund in memory of Carol.
