He is survived by: his wife Susan Wagner of Dahlonega; his sons, Kelso Crowder Horne III (Netty) of Maryland, Vaughn Gordon Horne (Petra) of Texas and Justin Wagner Coleman Horne (Sierra) of Nashville, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Katie June, Kelso Crowder IV, Doris Mae, Jessica, Vanessa and Mathew.
