He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wheeler Harper of Dahlonega, GA; his daughter Misty Panetta (Brian) of Winder, GA; his grandchildren, Brian Panetta, Braiden Panetta and Riley Panetta; his sisters, Nancy Clark (Rainie) of Flowery Branch, GA, Linda Stewart of Lawrenceville, GA and Joy Starrett (Russell) of Lavonia, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Rhenia Braswell of Destin, FL, Ricky Holman (Amber) of Buford, GA and Shon Wheeler (Lisa) of Buford, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
