He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Joan "Momma Jo" Fox and Melvin Douglas Fox; and his former wife Therese Ellen Fox. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Fuller, Gary Fox and Brad Fox; his wife Debra Fox; and his children, Clair Williamson, Elyse Berninger, Valarie Ikhwan, Monica Shelby, Benedict Fox, Rita O'Grady and Dominic Fox.
