He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Joe Miller and Nell White Miller; his wife Patsy Mincey; and his siblings, Sherri Holland, Lee Miller, Ronnie Miller, Ricky Miller and Danny Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Mincey (Adam) of Dawsonville; his sisters, Lois Dockery of Dahlonega and Alice Loggins (Michael) of Cleveland; his siblings-in-law, John Mincey (Diane) and Vicky Burns; his grandchildren, Angelica Miller (Tyler Tolbert), Austin Miller, Dakota Tolbert and Ashton Tolbert; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Carney, Ashlynn Tolbert and Annalyse Tolbert. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
