We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 81, David Richard Royds of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Myrtle Royds (Burns) and Horace W. Royds; his wife Elizabeth Royds (Graham); his children, John D. Royds (Kay) of Lilburn and Christine Hatch of Dahlonega; his grandchildren, Nicole Lovell (James) of Dahlonega, Chesney, Janey and Jonathan Royds of Lilburn; his great grandchildren, Elijah Christensen and Aiden Lovell of Dahlonega; and his brother George Royds (Mary) of Sewell, N. J.. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
