She is survived by: her children, Lucindy Samples (Lewis), Ramona Ann Howard, Ardie John Howard and Angela Delilah Nations; her grandchildren, Anthony Samples, Gary Samples, Miranda Westbrooks (Brad), Jamie Allison (Jenny), Katlyn Woody (Zachary) and Jessie Colbert (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Brittany Samples, Jake Johnson, Lucas Samples, Rachel Samples, Dakota Allison, Jerimiah Allison, Dawson Westbrooks, Melaina Westbrooks, Clara Woody, Carter Woody, Callie Woody, Korbin Davis, Kolton Davis and Addison Davis. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
