She is survived by: her children, Carlton, Sandy Fortner of Dahlonega, Dwayne and Cindy Fortner of Dahlonega; her grandchildren, Sarah, Alan Jackson of Clermont, Jess, Ashton Fortner of Dahlonega and Gracie Fortner of Dahlonega; her great grandchildren, Will and Levi Jackson; and her siblings, Ruth McDuffie and David Carter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
