She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Hood and Irene Nix Hood; her husband A. T. Parrish; her daughter Judy Martin; her siblings, Francis Armstrong, Charles Hood, Wanslie Fulbright, Vernon Hood, Clyde Hood and Jewell Hood; and her sister-in-law Madgie Rider.
She is survived by : her children, Belinda Martin of Cleveland, Kenneth Parrish of Dahlonega, Stanley Parrish of Dahlonega, James Parrish of Dahlonega and Shane Mincey (Scott) of Dahlonega; her siblings, Vera Mae Crane, Marvin Hood and Jimmy Hood; her grandchildren, Eddie Martin, Andy Martin, Dianne Smith, Jonathan Martin, Lee Martin and Stephanie Terry; her niece Vickie Abercrombie; her nephew Greg Hood; and her close friend Pam Moss. She is also survived by dog "Mickey", 14 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
