He is survived by: his wife Mattie A. Mann; his children, Chris (Louann Mann), Sherry (Brian Smith), Israel Mann, Jessica Mann (Josh Keith), Howard Mann, Jr. and Larry Mann; his siblings, Barbara Cooper, Jerry Mann and Richard Mann; and his brothers-in-law, Billy Sweatman and John McKinzie. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, and nephews.
