He is survived by: his wife Sally Smalley Bell; his sibling's children, Leigh Brown (Shane) of Flowery Branch and Chuck Boggs of Japan; his great-niece Emily Breedlove (Tyler) of Flowery Branch; his siblings-in-law, Derrell G. Smalley of Dahlonega, Joan Fulmer (Olin) of Gainesville and Virginia Edmonds (Buddy) of Macon; his sibling's children, Morgan Holley (Andrew) of Decatur and Sam Griffin of Boone; and his cousins, Catherine Milledge Penn Chastain of Avondale Estates, GA, Charlotte Penn Sampson (Darrel) of Statam, GA, June Milledge Overton (Lynn) of Atlanta, GA, Ann Milledge Clayton of Tifton, GA, Helen Milledge Couch and John Milledge (Melanie) of Monroe, GA.. He is also survived by seven great nieces and great nephews.
