He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Fortner and Eliza Fortner. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fortner; his children, Pam Hallman, Lee (Linda Fortner) and Horace (Denise Fortner); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica Fortner, Leann, Eric Thomas, Jared, Tabitha Pethel, Carmen, Quentin Self, Isaac and Kaila Fortner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
