He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jarrard and Janie Gerrells Jarrard; his wife Chris Jarrard; his brother Ray; his sister-in-law Mildred Jarrard; his brothers, Carl Jarrard and Harold; and his sister-in-law Mary Nell Jarrard.
He is survived by: his close friend Donna Lindsey of Dahlonega; his daughters, Diane Ray (Jacky) of Murrayville, Melissa Howard (Randy) of Ringgold and Tammy Jarrard of Chattanooga; his siblings, Louise, Loy Saine, Sue, C. L. Grizzle, Ruth Head, Ann Jarrard and Jerry; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Jarrard and Era Jarrard of Dahlonega. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
