It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gerald Smith of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Norman Smith; and his brother Tommy Smith. He is survived by: his mother Edna Broomhead Smith; his wife Karen Johns Smith of Dawsonville; his stepsons, Michael Trump (Denyse) of Cleveland and Zachary Johns (Madelyn Zavala) of Cleveland; his children, Ryan Smith (Sara), Maddison Smith and Noah Smith of Cumming; his siblings, Michael Smith, Lisa Bonner (Joe) and Allison Kasten (Dave); and his pets, Copper, Charlie and Marley. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
