He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Head and Era Head; his wife Jimmie Sue Head; his brother Sherman Head; and his son-in-law Travis Rider.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Justus, Rhonda Cochran (Doug) and Lane Rider; his grandchildren, Steve Justus (Mallory) of Brent Justus, TJ, Trevor Rider and Jessica York (Keith); his great grandchildren, Luke York, Juliana York, Jacelyn York, Layla Justus and Baby Rider; his siblings, Vi Ballentine, Ernest Head and Tinker Head (Connie); his sister-in-law Beni Gail Head; and his great-niece Ansley Smallwood. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
