He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ray and Cora Bell Harris; his wife Jeannie Cooper Harris; and his brother Wayne Harris. He is survived by: his children, Angi Allison (Dwayne), Cora Tomlin and William Jeffrey "Little Jeff" Harris; his grandchildren, Joseph Allison of Dahlonega and Lukas Tomlin of Dahlonega; and his siblings, Darlene Anderson (Jerry), Willard Lee Harris (Sylvia), Dean Harris (Louise), Timmy Harris (Gail), Regina Blackwell (Wesley) and Renee Hamilton (Rusty). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
