He is survived by: his father Grady Blackwell; his sons, Gabriel Head of Dahlonega and Justin Casteel of Dahlonega; the mother of his children Brandi Michell Casteel; his mother Lynn Spriggs (Reggie Spriggs); his siblings, James Grady Blackwell of Dahlonega, Kimberly Diane Blackwell (Chris Passmore), Harley Irene Pruett of Dahlonega, Justin Matthew Blackwell and Julia Blackwell; his grandmother Ora Mayfield Roland; and his aunt Barbara Garmon. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson - Underwood Funeral Home (2068 US-19, Dahlonega, GA 30533).
